Our Team

Pioneer Ministry core team

At our revival Summit in 2023 Prophet Lynley Allan spoke about Pioneer entering a new phase of ministry where we would begin to establish an Apostolic Culture. Since then we have appointed an initial core team of leaders to begin to steward the growth of Pioneer both in missions globally and training and equipping the body of Christ locally.

The founders and pioneers of the ministry. They have worked as evangelists and revivalists for over 10 years now, mainly operating in the South Pacific. They have travelled over 25 states in America, and have pioneered missions work in the Middle East and Asia. They have 4 beautiful children whom they call their “original mission team” and they travel as a family as much as they can.

Joseph and Lesley Lee

They lead missions teams into Fiji as well as ministering in Pioneer Schools of the Spirit. They have a passion to see people transformed by the power of God and use their many years of pastoring to practically love the people they minister too.

Sean runs a successful business, which gives him additional influence in the market place. They both carry big hearts to love people and see lives changed for the glory of God.

Sean and Gabi

Louis is based out of Oahu, Hawaii, but spent the first eighteen years of his life in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Louis is the product of two spirit-filled parents who served and still serve within the body of Christ, raised their children within the things of God, and kept Jesus as the foundation of their family. All the way back to childhood, Louis recollects witnessing the miraculous of God in and outside the four walls of the church and in his teenage years made a personal commitment to surrender his life completely to the will of God. At the age of nineteen, Louis moved to the island of Oahu, Hawaii, for work; it was there that Louis started to have life-altering encounters with the Holy Spirit, witnessing the evidence of his obedience to the voice of God. Louis has a heart to encourage others to live in intimacy with God, walk in identity, and be available to the Holy Spirit. Louis ministers powerfully in the prophetic and words of knowledge. As a Pioneer Missionary based in Hawaii, Louis will be working with the local partner churches and youth groups to lead people into a greater encounter with the Holy Spirit.
